 Welcome to the Winding Brook Manor Homeowners Association Website Minimize

We are located in Lower Macungie Township, near Allentown PA.  An active membership allows us to sponsor neighborhood events, provide membership directories, send out newsletters and flyers, and hold various gatherings.  We keep our members informed of current local issues, act as a collective voice to our township and increase awareness of safety issues.  If you are a new resident and want to join us, please go to our 'Contact Us' page and request an application.  When you receive your application via email, print it, complete it, and mail it with a check for the first years dues to our treasurer (the address is on the application).  If you have any questions, send them through our 'Contact Us' page - we'll respond back with answers for you.  Thanks for visiting!

The Pennsylvania State Police would like to take the time to make you all aware of a criminal trend which begins every year about this time and it is a known problem stretching across the United States. This criminal activity seems to slow greatly with the arrival of frost in the fall. Springtime marks the arrival of the “Gypsies and the Travelers” or Transient Criminals and it is a growing plague. These roaming thieves make an easy living preying on the uninformed and unsuspecting residents—particularly (but not always) the elderly.

The Spring Newsletter and 2012 Membership forms have been distributed. There's some great information about neighborhood happenings for our members. Speaking of which, if you want to be a member, go to the "Contact Us" link at the top and send us an email that you want a membership application and we'll get one right out.

It's so great to live in a neighborhood that has such good roads for walking and running. We've seen many of our neighbors taking advantage of it as part of a healthy lifestyle. As the warm weather approaches and longer days are ahead, we expect to see even more of you out and about. It seems like a good time to talk about your safety as you cruise around the blocks sans motorized vehicles.

Here are some really good tips:
